About Zumba
ZUMBA is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness class fusing international music and dance flavours with high energy fitness moves to create a dynamic, exciting and effective workout. The class combines fast and slow rhythms with easy to follow movements to tone and sculpt the body, stabilise the core and, most importantly, exercise the heart.
You do not need to know how to dance to succeed at Zumba. The party atmosphere creates a non-intimidating opportunity for everyone to enjoy exercise at their own pace. Participants feel comfortable knowing that they can just go with the flow and enjoy the party.
